Privacy notice
Will & Key is a static, self-custody interface. It does not need an account, password, seed phrase, or custody relationship.
What the website processes
The hosting and security provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies.
Wallet and blockchain data
The dApp reads the wallet address you choose to connect and public blockchain data needed to display vaults and prepare transactions. Wallet approval and signing happen in your wallet. The site does not receive or store private keys or seed phrases. Most reads go through your wallet's own connection, but some, such as the search for vaults that name you as heir, may go directly from your browser to the network's public endpoint (for Base, mainnet.base.org), whose operator can see your IP address and the addresses being looked up. Wallet addresses, vault settings, and transactions written to a public blockchain are public and cannot be deleted by us.
Contact and reminder information
Will & Key sends no reminders or alerts of any kind, so it collects no contact details for them: paid reminder subscriptions and reminder signups are closed. If you email us, the mail provider processes the address and message you send. We use it only to answer the request, handle an existing service issue, meet legal obligations, or protect the service.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Technical data may be handled by infrastructure and mail providers acting for us, or disclosed when legally required. Email records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, accounting, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can browse without connecting a wallet. You can disconnect the site in your wallet at any time. Depending on applicable law, you may ask about or request correction or deletion of off-chain contact information. Public blockchain records cannot be altered or erased by us.
